Executive Vice Chairman of Globacomlimited, Bella Disu, has revealed some interesting things about her personalities.

Bella who is the daughter of billionaire business magnate, Mike Adenuga, said she took a Myers-Briggs (MBTI) Personality Questionnaire and the results she got are “all true.”

She said she is shy, passionate about interior spaces and play musical instruments, hence her practical application to learning.

She also highlighted some qualities of ISFJs (Introverted Sensing Feeling Judging: Introverted Sensing with Extraverted Feeling) while stressing that no one is born perfect.

Bella wrote;

“Introverted Sensing Feeling Judging: Introverted Sensing with Extraverted Feeling.

Those are my results of the Myers-Briggs (MBTI) Personality Questionnaire.

ISFJs are quiet, kind, highly dependable, loyal, practical, stable and value security and traditions. They have a well-developed sense of space, function and aesthetic appeal. They also have exceptional memory and thrive with learning styles that involve practical application. They are nurturers and the “go to” people for advice and issues. ISFJs often get over burdened, avoid conflict and at times, find it hard to say NO.

I am shy.
I am passionate about interior spaces.
I play musical instruments, hence my practical application to learning.

How and why do people treat you the way they do? Why do you respond to said treatment the way you do? Personality traits are important to help you understand how to interact with others. I find this particularly useful in the work environment and thus it’s mandatory for all my team members to take the test.

Why does Mr. A seem to monopolize every discussion? More often than not, it isn’t intentional. Mr. A is extraverted: Extraverted individuals tend to be talkative, expressive and comfortable in their interactions with others.

Ms. B, on the other hand, is a star performer. While her credentials are remarkable, she has difficulty conveying her thoughts during meetings, especially in front of an audience.

Neither is a weak link. Mr. A needs to be allotted a speaking time slot and Ms. B needs to articulate her thoughts in writing, to be shared with her manager.

No one is born perfect. Each day presents an opportunity to learn more about one another and create the most ideal environment to develop meaningful interactions.
