Former Nigerian beauty queen, Sandra Benede, has taken to her Instagram page to share her thoughts on masturbation.

The former beauty queen revealed that there is nothing wrong with masturbation and it is something she can do.

She further disclosed that masturbation is better than sleeping with just anyone.

Sandra is a former miss Minna, a celebrity model and has a fashion store called “Sandrabenedestore.”

She came to limelight after allegedly dating the Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke who obviously moved away from his Ghanaian lover, Nadia Buari.

Sandra Benede has also starred in some Nollywood movies in the past and has over 75,000 followers on her Instagram page.
