My ‘engine’ never works with her, only performs when I go elsewhere, divorce-seeking husband tells court

A Zambian man has begged a local magistrate court to dissolve his marriage to the mother of his two children over sexual related issues.

The 43-year-0ld man, Steven Habwino, told the court in Lusaka the nation’s capital that he always fail to perform sexually whenever he is with his wife, Esneya Banda, 37, but discovered that his manhood becomes active when he is with other women.

The Lusaka Sun reports that when the couple appeared before the court, Habwino said:

“I just want our marriage to end because she does not like to talk about issues instead she listens to the friends, my problem started in 2008

“Whenever it comes to sex issues I found out that I am not free with her that is the reason I left her. We only had children by God’s strength.”

He added:

“As a man my engine never used to work but when I go elsewhere I would manage to perform.”

He said he moved to another part of the city where he married another woman and has been performing well in bed.

“I do not know whether it is coming from her. I would rather leave her because if I don’t I will be going to other women. I even told her that I blame her, I just want a divorce,” Habwino said.

“I went for my mother’s funeral and when I came back he said another woman was coming to join us I refused but his mother came to beg me to live with her until she gives birth.”

The Magistrate Miyanda Banda said there was no love between the couple and dissolved their marriage.
