Nigeria Lady battles depression, loneliness after moving to US
A Nigerian lady who moved to the US shortly after graduating from the university has revealed her battle with loneliness, depression, and racism in Los Angeles.
The Lady, one Ujj/@Uju_SO on Twitter, said she left Nigeria in 2019 three months into the National Youth Service Corps [NYSC] programme.
Uju said indeed the standard of living abroad is great but it is not the best of life for anyone.
According to her, unlike Nigeria, everyone is just about how they would pay their bills in the U.S.
She wrote,
