Nigerian student dazzles the world in mathematics competition
A Nigerian student identified as Al-Amin Adamu Gamawa dazzled other contestants from over 70 countries at an international mathematics competition in Thailand recently.
The whiz-kid who represented Nigeria at the competition clinched the 15th position, winning a bronze medal as a commendation for his participation.
A Twitter user identified as Amina Gamawa shared the news of Gamawa’s success on Twitter. The tweet had since gone viral on social media.
She wrote:
“Congratulations Al-Amin Adamu Gamawa on winning bronze at the international maths quiz in Thailand where over 70 countries participated. Nigeria came 15th.”
