The protocols are too much, no church service until further notice, Bishop Obinim says
Ghanaian controversial pastor and founder of International Godsway Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim, has announced that they won’t be having Church service despite Nana Addo easing the ban on public gatherings.
Bishop Obinim says he will no more observe its usual Sunday service until further notice.
According to Angel Obinim, the church finds the protocols outlined by government for the reopening of the churches as a daunting task, and for which reason, they will not do a mass service as expected.
He mentioned that he will only do counselling service on Sundays.
“The rules are too much. For IGWC, Obinim and my fans, we cant adhere to them. We don’t want to have any issues with the government. But I will do my usual counselling, every Sunday in Kumasi” he said.
Obinim continued,
“If i want to go by the protocols, I will be conducting a lot of service. First, second, third, and even more than a hundred”
