OAP Toolz posts 1970s picture of parents
Nigerian radio personality, Tolu Oniru popularly known as Toolz, has remembered her parents in an emotional post on Instagram on Wednesday.
The 37-year-old shared a picture of both parents and paid tribute to her late father, Oba Idowu Abiodun Oniru.
“The parents…circa 1970something.#RIPDaddy ❤,” she said.
She also shared a message her father sent her to apologize for an altercation they had.
Oba Oniru died on September 23, 2019, in Lagos after a brief illness.
The king is credited with transforming the Iru community into a thriving 21st-century kingdom.
His first son, Adesegun Oniru, was Commissioner of Waterfront for under former Lagos State governor, Babatunde Fashola.
