Osun: Man remanded for killing teenager
A 26-year-old man has been remanded by an Osun State Magistrates’ Court in Ile-Ife for allegedly killing a 12-year-old girl.
The man identified as David Igue has been remanded in a correctional centre after he was charged with manslaughter.
Police prosecutor, Sergeant Elijah Adesina, told the court that Igue was a motorcyclist when he committed the offence on June 2, 2020, at Oke-Atan Area, Ile-Ife.

Adesina added that Igue was riding a TVS motorcycle recklessly on a highway, causing the death of a 12-year-old girl, Olagunju Adura.
