PANDEMONIUM! One killed, others injured as NDLEA officer opens fire on jubilant workers in Lagos [Graphic Photos]
An officer of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, on Tuesday, allegedly opened fire on workers during the 40th-anniversary celebration of the Nigeria Union Of Local Government Employee in Agege area of Lagos State.
Reports said the yet to be identified trigger-happy NDLEA officer also left other staff injured in the unfortunate incident.
The incident which reportedly caused pandemonium in the secretariat was quickly quelled following the swift intervention of the police and other security operatives.
