Popular church redresses photographer after she appeared at wedding in ripped jeans
A photographer got into her embarrassing situation when she went to cover a wedding at a branch of Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries [MFM] in Benin City, Edo State.
Dressed in a pair of skinny jeans and body-hugging turtle neck top with her hair exposed, she didn’t expect it to be a problem, not until she got there and was made to revamp her fashion choices.
Sharing her experience on Twitter, priestess/@Black_alien__ said she was made to modify her dressing to suit the church’s dress code.
The photographer was made to tie a wrapper on the trouser she was wearing and wear a scarf – appropriated from a polythene bag – to cover her hair.
She wrote;
”How I prepared to go work Vs How MFM dressed me.
Story: I went to nmudene for this wedding gig. And when I prepared to leave Benin for it, I didn’t really consider the church. So I dressed for it and those people weren’t having it, so they clothe me.”
