A Ghanaian record label boss, Ogidi Brown, seems to have tied up all loose ends to avoid a repeat of his recent bitter experience with his former signee.

Ogidi, the CEO of OGB Music, is not taking any chances as he was seen in viral photos signing a new artiste to his record label with Schnapp and local eggs, which is believed to be used by herbalists to perform rituals.

Ogidi fell out with his former artiste Peter Famiyeh Bozah popularly known as Fameye, a fast-rising Ghanaian rapper and singer in August 2019.

The OGB Music boss is not ready to be taken for a fool again after his relationship with Fameye ended amid controversies, despite reportedly investing so much in putting the artiste in the limelight.

He signed a new artiste named Crime Officer to his record label on Monday and he didn’t hesitate to add schnapps and eggs to the contract as a sign of warning just in case the artiste wants to exhibit some ungrateful conducts.

He decided not to hide it and displayed it to the full glare of the world to see and probably send a strong signal to the artiste that there is no room for betrayal.

The motive behind Ogidi’s action could not be ascertained, but nosy netizens are saying he probably went spiritual this time to forestall a recurrence of his previous experience.

His action has received mixed reactions from social media users

While some are condemning him for being too extreme, others fully agree with him and endorse his actions.
