Reno Omokri has mocked the Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, for wearing designer clothes worn by runway models.

Sharing a picture showing Amaechi in the colourful outfits, Reno Omokri stated that designer clothes can’t cure inferiority complex.

He wrote:

“Money can’t buy class. but it can buy crass. A @louisvuitton or @Gucci, won’t transform a dealer to a leader. It may not be a legal wrong to wear $10,000 jackets when you are surrounded by 10,000 starving people, but is it a moral right? Ah, Nigeria!

“That is one thing I respected about former President Jonathan. No matter where he was, whether White House or 10 Downing Street, he would proudly wear his Nigerian outfits! Change from within. Not from without. Develop your mind, not just your body.

“Transformation is an inside out matter, not an outside-in affair. Designer clothes can’t cure inferiority complex. Self-development can. Build yourself, not your wardrobe!”
