A possessive lover, identified as Rehema Kabayana, has cut off her boyfriend’s penis after suspecting he is having an affair with another woman.

According to reports she waited until her boyfriend, Sekawa, had fallen asleep before chopping off his male organ.

Neighbours heard his howls of pain and called the police. Sekawa was then rushed to a hospital.

He told police that the couple had gotten into a fight, during which she had attempted to slit his throat

Mirror reports that Kabayana told police that she had recently discovered that her Ugandan boyfriend was seeing different girls at a brothel located in Wanton Mukono and hatched the revenge plot.

“I then discovered that he was secretly going out and flirting with other girls at different bars.

“This made me very angry. I was full of anger inside and couldn’t relax,” she said.

Fortunately, Kabayana was arrested and held in custody over the attack.

Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesman Luke Owoyesigyire confirmed that Mukono Police had received an emergency call about a man’s penis being cut off with a knife.

Owoyesigyire told the paper officers arrived along with rescue staff and found the man severely injured and he was rushed to a hospital.

It was reported that the couple had constantly battled his womanising issues and  Kabayana had demanded that he severe all ties with his female lovers.

The victim also told the police that he loved his girlfriend and believed she did the dastardly act to caution his womanising.

Kabayana was detained at Mukono Police Station on charges of attempted murder in an ongoing investigation.

Recall that WuzupNaija had reported that an unidentified man was almost mobbed after he after ejaculated in a commercial bus and rubbed his sperm on a baby’s tongue.

The incident happened recently at the BRT station along Pipeline road, Idimu, Lagos.

It was further gathered that the baby’s mom was sitting beside the suspect in the bus.

According to other passengers, the suspect had brought out his penis and performed oral sex on himself. However, after ejaculating, he rubbed the sperm on the tongue of the baby boy.
