Sanwo-Olu suspends reopening of churches, mosques
Lagos State government has announced the suspension of the re-opening of churches and mosques in the state.
Recall that Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu had announced that Mosques will re-open on Friday, June 19 while churches will reopen on June 21.

However, speaking on Tuesday, Sanwo-Olu during a press briefing said the decision to suspend reopening of religious centres followed the rising cases of COVID-19 in the state.
He added that the suspension is indefinite.
