#SexForGrades: It’s a poor attempt at mischief, Twitter users slam feminist, Ozzy, for calling out Falz
Controversial social media feminist, Ozzy Etomi, is in the eye of the storm again as she is presently being dragged on Twitter over her tweet on the trendy #SexForGrades scandal.
The BBC Africa Eye investigative documentary had unraveled sexual harassment among lecturers in prominent universities in West Africa – the University of Lagos and the University of Ghana which sparked an uproar on social media on Monday.
Lending her voice to the trending topic, the feminist took to her Twitter page on Monday night to ask “where is Falz?”
Ozzy tweeted:
“Where is Falz. A topic he’s passionate about has been trending all day and we haven’t heard a peep.”
Recall that social media feminists have been at loggerheads with the singer over his songs which address societal ills. They claim he only addresses issues related to womenfolks ignoring the men.
A legion of Twitter users unleashed wrath on her for calling out the singer to address the sexual predation of university lecturers.
Some argued that Falz is not the Minister of Education neither is he in a position of authority to end the harassment prevalent in tertiary institutions.

“Where are the feminists now” is just as as “Where is Falz” but some people are so deep inside their own bullshit that they have lost self awareness. At your big age.”
@Adunni_Achebe wrote:
“It takes a special kind of ignorance to try to drag Falz at a time like this, not after Moral Instruction. Man’s not obligated to speak on every societal ill. Asking “where is Falz?” is simply a poor attempt at mischief.”
@Manhere tweeted:
“Ever since Falz talked about “transactional sex” in his song, some certain individuals have been holding a grudge against him for bashing their hustle.”
Now they’re using the #SexForGrades issue as an avenue to drag him because he didn’t address it until 5 hours ago. Nitwits

Minister of Education didn’t have anything to say.
VC of unilag is Quiet
Wife of the Governor of Lagos state is no show
Your WCW who are supposed to fight for women’s right have probably not seen the interview

I don’t know when Falz became the SI unit for Morality, everytime there’s an issue about Transactional sex. You people will turn him to tiger generator and start dragging him.
He’s not the cause for your misfortunes abeg.
Allow him.

You haven’t dragged the Minister of education nor the VC of Unilag, but Falz is on your chopping table because he hasn’t been online to bash Dr Boniface for you.
My dear sister, you are a breathing circus doorknob.

Falz sings about transactional sex, you drag him.
Falz keeps quiet and minds his business, you drag him.
I know foolishness is free, but that doesn’t mean you should overdose on it.

Falz barely tweets.
Within the past 2 weeks, hasn’t tweeted more than 5 times.
But he should’ve immediately dropped everything & come tweet about #SexForGrades to satisfy you cos he sang about transactional sex earlier & you didn’t like his take.
You’re an entire circus.

Ozzy wants Falz to comment on the #SexForGrades investigation. Not the Minister of Education, not Unilag VC, not the National Human Rights Commission, not even ASUU. Misplaced outrage as usual.

The truth remains that Falz has to say something about this issue of sexual harassment.
Even if every prominent figure in this country talks about it,Falz needs to say something.
His opinion is most important.Once he talks, sexual harassment will disappear from our universities.

ASUU is quiet.
Minister of Education is quiet.
Your President is quiet.
Vice Chancellors are quiet.
But you’re attacking Falz because he is the Minister of Sexual Affairs.?

Falz’s last tweet was 3days ago, but read your WCWs and zombie leads drag him for being quiet on yesterday’s topic.
Assess their common sense while at it too.
