She is my birthday gift from God, Nigerian Soldier says as he proposes to Facebook lover
A Nigerian soldier on Thursday wowed his girlfriend as he proposed to her at the Shoprite mall in Warri, Delta state.
The soldier identified as Moses said he met his beau on Facebook and their love affair began to grow afterward.
Moses who took to Facebook to shower accolades on his fiancee revealed how she has been a pillar of support to him with prayers when he was deployed to the Northeast fighting Boko Haram insurgents.
He described her as a hardworking lady and assured that he would do all possible to ensure she goes back to school to complete her education.
He wrote on Facebook;
“It was like a play when I met her here on Facebook. I sent her friend request she accepted it but never chat me up till my birthday when she wishes me a happy birthday which I said thanks so you can chat.
“The conversation started, never believed we going to date but today it landed us here she was there for me even when I was in d bush fighting insurgents.
“She keep her faith and prayers till d day I saw her prayer requests written on her prayer pkd of salvation ministry All her prayers were all about me and my career. My protection. What I will not forget is her word.
“Lord protect him, any day he is been withdrawn from Maiduguri I will use live animal to glorify your name. Lord I was not able to further my education, Lord provide him a way to further his education.
“Give me strength and courage to endure his absence. She sacrifices her 1st to 7th of every month fasting for my affairs. Despite she earns little income as sales girl she is contented with what she has, she can advise.
“She deserves to be engaged with a high class of car but I can’t afford it. If my daybreak I will get you more than a car. If my daybreak you will further your education. You are my birthday gift from God.
“A lady who works hard and keeps faith to his partner deserve all you deserve all from me let my daybreak all I pray.”
