UPDATE: Shops, pharmacy gutted by fire in Kaduna (photos)
The fire outbreak which razed shops in Kaduna really destroyed a lot of goods as properties worth millions of naira were burnt to the ground.
Recall that WuzupNigeria earlier reported that no fewer than 20 shops were on Wednesday evening engulfed by a fire in Kaduna State.
Pictures which have surfaced on the internet show the extent of the damage caused by the fire.
This sad incident occurred in the late hours of Wednesday, April 29.
As at the time of reportage, the cause of the fire is yet unknown.
It was also learnt that these goods were badly affected by the fire as a result of the lockdown imposed on the state as a means of curbing the deadly disease which deprives most of the shop owners the chance to salvage their goods.
