Tension as military takeover Imo
Political tension heightened in Imo state on Saturday as military men have literally taken over the state.
The army officers formed blockades across the major routes in the state obstructing those on essential duties including journalists to ply roads in the state.
The military men who were visibly hostile threatened to manhandle journalists on Orlu/Owerri expressway who told them that they were on election duty.
It took the intervention of the most senior officer to let the journalists and other observers to go.
