Yemi Alade and Tiwa Savage

Award-winning music stars, Tiwa Savage and Yemi Alade, appear to be throwing subtle jabs at one another on their social media handles over a bold statement the latter made about feigning big butts for fans.

Not to be left out, their fans did not mince words as they called out out one another and used derogatory terms to emphasize their points.

Trouble started when Yemi Alade popularly known as “Mama Africa” said celebrities should stop photoshopping their posterior to give an illusion that its big in the real sense.

“Stop increasing your ynash (buttocks) in your pictures. You know you are straight like ‘I’. Embrace your real self! Ahh ahh.

“Deceiving fans up and dan(down),” Yemi Alade wrote.

However, Tiwa Savage apparently assumed the message was directed at her and wasted no time to react.

The “Lova Lova” crooner took to her Instagram Stories to give a stern warning about starting a war one can’t finish.

She wrote “Don’t start a war you cannot finish.

“Trust me I’m not the one. I’m quiet but don’t f**k with me.”

She also wrote on her Twitter page,

Going into 2019 although I’m quiet I’m going to try and speak my mind a little more. Let me clarify first of all that this is not a yansh war, I Kuku no get big yansh in the first place. It’s about minding your business.

“I have never and will never judge any woman whether she has fake boobs, fake ass, whether it’s real or not. Whether she is short, fat, skinny because I don’t know what insecurities she deals with so I’d rather love her than condemn her.

“Oh, and for the record, I don’t know any artist that does not edit their professional pics, even if it’s too even out your skin on your album cover. It’s all fun and games till someone gets hurt on some real ish.

“Ladies I love you whether your ish is real or not. After all, wigs ain’t real Abi. Just make yourself happy and even when we make mistakes it’s ok.

“Bad energy pls stay away 2019, nothing you do will make God forsake you, PLEASE REMEMBER THAT. You are beautiful❤️.”

Many of their fans also had a field day wadding into the “buttocks” argument while apportioning blames.
