Twitter user recounts how his family escaped Kaduna attack, says, as long as I live I will never forget
A Nigerian Twitter user, @natebfold took to the microblogging platform to narrate how his family and him escaped death while they were living in Kaduna as far back as the year 2000.
@natebfold had written:
“I remember back in 2000, I was just a kid in Kaduna. A woman in a black veil came in the dead of the night to warn my father that they were coming for us Igbos. We and another Igbo neighbor (sic) had to use a ladder to climb over to the neighbors(sic) compound at the back of our house.”
He goes further to recount the aftermath of the attack, detailing how he cannot forget how dead bodies littered the streets.
