UNRESPONSIVE & HEAVY BREATHING! Rapper Rick Ross hospitalized with possible pneumonia

US rapper, William Leonard Roberts II or Rick Ross as he is popularly known in the music world, has been hospitalised with what is believed to be respiratory related.

According to various reports, Rick Ross, 42, an unidentified person called 911 after the rapper fell ill at his home in the Miami on Thursday morning.

The caller was said to have claimed the person in distress was ‘unresponsive with heavy breathing’, adding that the man in distress had a history of seizures and that they tried to wake him but he was ‘slobbing out the mouth’.

Law enforcement told TMZ that Ross became combative when he came round.

The Aston Martin Music hitmaker went to the hospital by ambulance and is receiving respiratory treatment, possibly for pneumonia.

TMZ reports that a person close to the star claims the issue is heart-related.

Another source told the site that the hip-hop star was reportedly asked to make an appearance Thursday night, but a rep told him the mogul was in the hospital.

A family member strongly denied Rick was hospitalized.

Ross has a history of medical issues and according to TMZ suffered two seizures on two separate flights in October 2011.

After initially blaming lack of sleep Ross changed his lifestyle and diet, and slimmed down, dropping up to 100lbs.
