Video: Policeman arrested in FCT for violating lockdown, traffic laws
A policeman was on Monday arrested by the taskforce in the Federal Capital Territory [FCT] for allegedly violating the lockdown directive issued by the President, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari.
WuzupNigeria reports that the policeman apart from violating the lockdown directive was drove one-way thus breaking the traffic law in the city.
It would be recalled that to cushion the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic in Nigeria, Buhari had ordered a lockdown of Abuja, Ogun and Lagos states.
WuzupNigeria further reports that Coronavirus or Covid-19 has infected 1,285,285 people globally, killing 70,344. In Nigeria, the disease has affected just 232 people with five deaths.
