The RRS officials who came quickly to Ikorodu to curtail the excesses of protesters on BRT corridor, succeeded in arresting some of the protesting youths, especially those that engaged in vandalizing government properties during the protest.
The security officials said they have transferred four vandals to Taskforce, while another was sent to the hospital for treatment following the injury the yet to be identified young man sustained during the violent protest.
Meanwhile, community leaders in Ikorodu have appealed to protesters to sheath their swords and allow them sort out things amicably.
