WE GIVE UP ON YOU! Nigerians knock ACP Yomi Shogunle for saying police officers don’t beat nursing mothers [Videos and Photos]
The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Yomi Shogunle, has come under heavy criticisms after he compared the degree of Nigerian police officers brutality to the one in Ghana.
Yomi Shogunle shared a video of a Ghanaian police officer brutalising a nursing mother inside a banking hall on Saturday and boasted that police officers in Nigeria would never do such barbaric acts.
However, Nigerians who are still lamenting the incessant attacks by some Special Anti-Robbery Squad operatives and police officers lambasted him and said that Nigerian police was worse than their Ghanaian counterparts.
Some angry Nigerian Twitter users shared not only videos and photos of officers of the Nigeria Police Force abusing nursing mothers and pregnant women, but also a press release from the Ghanaian police force stating that the policeman in question has been arrested.
See the video and replies from Nigerians:
WE (@PoliceNG) WILL NEVER DO THIS IN NIGERIA ??!

Oga shogunle, u said PoliceNG will never do this, does that mean all videos passing round about police brutality were doctored? I used to hold u in high esteem, but you just showed me and many Nigerians that all police are the same. But remember, you also have children.
