Woman accuses Police of killing her son and sexually assaulting her

47-year-old Ebi Egori has accused officers of the IGP Monitoring Unit of assault and murder.

Sharing the story on Twitter, via handle @phcsocialmedia, Mrs. Ebi claims to have been sexually assaulted and her 21-year-old son killed by the officers.

The post reads;

”47-year-old Mrs. Ebi Egori is calling on the Inspector General of Police to take action against officers of the IGP Monitoring Unit for sexually assaulting her and extra-judicially killing her 21yr old son I’m her presence during a raid at her home in Aluu, Ikwerre LGA.”

The Police has however responded promptly to her Twitter plea and has assured her that investigations will commence immediately on the case.

They responded via twitter handle, @PoliceNG_CRU, their response reads:

”Your complaint is hereby acknowledged and investigation initiated, tracking number will be sent to you shortly. Kindly forward contact details of the victim via DM to facilitate the necessary action, please.”
