Female bodybuilder Ernestine Shepherd popular on the internet for her bodybuilding skills and her youthful look is no doubt full of joy as she celebrated her 83rd birthday over the weekend.

Although the world’s oldest female bodybuilder may have clocked 83, but her looks may confuse men to make advances at her taking her for a lady in her late 50s.

Shepherd’s life is seen by many of her social media followers as a motivation to healthy living.

As someone doing the unusual, Shepherd adopted an usual style to celebrate her birthday as she went on a community walk with friends and her daughter.

She took to Instagram to share the photos of her celebration.

Ernestine who is presently considered as the oldest female bodybuilder alive, has won two titles in sports and was recorded in the Guinness Records as the oldest competitive bodybuilder among men and women.
