Controversial US-based Nigerian rapper, Speed Darlington, has declared his intentions to run for Nigeria’s presidency come 2025.

According to the New York-based singer/rapper, 2019 isn’t the right time as he is yet to build up his “responsibility image”.

He said that for his “responsibility image” to be complete, he needs a wife and a couple of kids to be picture perfect.

Speed Darlington further revealed that he has already selected a running mate in the person of comedian, Mr. Jollof.

The enthusiastic presidential aspirant shared the video declaring his intention on his Instagram page with the caption;

“For people to trust you and believe that you are responsible person enough to rule one need to show that they know how to take care of what matters.

“You see my children ALWAYS have food to eat” so will I make sure we ALWAYS have security and food” ? @mr.jollof_ will be my running mate.”

Meanwhile, thankfully the #NotToYoungToRun bill has been signed by President Buhari, which automatically permits anyone eligible and qualified enough to pick the ticket.

However, there is just one problem, 2025 is not an election year in Nigeria.
