Twitter users in Nigeria woke up on Tuesday morning to a drama between a US-based Nigerian lady, Mimi (@sexymadamz) and her Nigeria-based boyfriend, Olabode Damilare John (@jackdre), a social media influencer.

Jack and Mimi are presently trending on Twitter in Nigeria. The trends have generated over 200,000 tweets in less than four hours.

The social media war between the two estranged lovers started when Mimi took to Twitter early Tuesday morning to accuse her boyfriend of hypnotizing her and extorting money and other gifts worth thousands of dollars from her.

She described her boyfriend as a manipulator.

She also alleged that

“he asked me to send him my palm and I was stupid enough to do it and two days after that I was just saying yes to everything he wanted me to do. In a way I became his life because of his jazz. Sometimes I even had to go borrow money just to make him happy.”

In his reaction, Jack claimed “Mimi has been trying to toast me for TWO YEARS. I just won’t follow back. Mimi stabbed her friend, @GorsipGirlie from the back, and blackmailed her so much so that she can have me.”

He also claimed that all the anger from Mimi was due to the fact that attempts by his estranged lover and her mom to hypnotize him didn’t work.

“Mimi and her mom asked for my name and my MOTHER’S NAME, they took it to Babalawo, but their Juju no reach me. I have all the chats. I respect that woman so I won’t drag her,” he added.
